Cat In The Hat, Danny and the Dinosaur, and the African Tale 'Why Mosquitoes Buzz in People's Ears', later on, Watership Down and Black Boy (not that thats a kids story per se...)
2. What books from your childhood would you like to share with [your] children?
Ummm, IF I were to have kids, the old Dr Seuss series, and the I Can Read Series too, and probably some old Encyclopedia Brown stories (how many of ya'll remember THOSE? lol)
3. Have you re-read any of those childhood stories and been surprised by anything?
I haven't had a chance to.

They SAY since 18 months, but I've been reading as long as I can remember.
