You know, it may be just marketing actually succeeding on my ass, but I think I may cop those black S.Carters with the red n green laces.

I was in Foot Locker getting my obligatory pair of Pumas and all the THE BLACKS were trying on S. Carters or waiting to see if they were available in their size. I'm still not knowing why these are a) such a hot item cuz they are not cute and b) why they cost a bill cuz they are not cute!
I had a polish from Wallace's for lunch just now. Want one?
Posted by: Raven on November 25, 2003 01:11 PMI haven't seen them, but you should come to the NYC and cop a pair from the mom and pop stores and leave the franchised joints alone. You could get them for about $75. That color combo sounds sweet though. I'm curious now. so you included Change Clothes in your line up huh? Hmmmmmmm.

Posted by: lashundra on November 26, 2003 09:56 AMI was looking at 50 Cent's "G-Unit Collection" sneakers the other day, and I was like, "Hmmmm, not bad." They were $80.50 but with tax I think they were around $85.00. But then I saw some Adidas sneakers that almost look similar to the G-Unit kicks for about $65.00.
Whatever.
I'm a Timberland boots man, forget these expensive low level artist-endorsed sneakers.
Posted by: "T. Fitz Collection" Trent on November 26, 2003 11:32 AMi'm not buying any of that bullshyt! and my son is going to have to get a job if he wants so $100 sneakers. i just can't see it. especially g-unit shoes. lmao! oh hell no!
